Return Policy for Products or Services

7.1 In the event You receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below-mentioned channels:

  1. Fees once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
  2. If we find that you have shared your login details with multiple users, we can terminate your account permanently.
  3. You can watch lectures only on a maximum of two devices (1 laptop and 1 mobile) and only one device can be actively used at a time.
  4. While logging in, make sure that you have logged out from other devices.
  5. If you are unable to login, clear your browser history/cache/cookies by pressing “Ctrl+Shift+Del” key from your keyboard.
  6. After watching video lectures, don’t forget to log out from the device. Do not close the browser.
  7. You cannot change your mobile number & device. If you change your mobile number & device, a penalty of Rs 15,000/- will apply.
  8. Mobile number should be a WhatsApp number.
  9. Your Mobile Android Version should be between 6.0.1 and Android 11.

A discount coupon code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order either by the customer or Bonsai Point.
